Payments & Processing

Payments & refunds

All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY

We ship items within the United States of America ONLY. Any orders placed for international shipping that are not pre-approved will be cancelled and refunded. If you live outside of the United States or would like to have an item shipped to somewhere outside of the United States, you must contact us via email in advance for a separate shipping quote. The shipping calculator for our website is set for shipping within the united states. We reserve the right to refuse any order for international shipping.

Orders generally ship in 1-3 business days. The website will have shipping delays posted on the SHOP page.

SHIPPING / REPLACEMENT


All items purchased will be packaged with protective packing materials and shipped with insurance. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to file a claim and help you to find your package or get a refund from the shipping company. We are NOT responsible for, and DO NOT refund you for items damaged or lost while in the possession and/or care of the shipping company.

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at contact@reliciron.com and provide photos of the product(s) and packaging that you received to confirm the condition of your order. We will do our best to help you and resolve the issue.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS


We only accept the return of orders or items that were not as described or shipped in error. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Relic Iron. Verify your order and the items you are purchasing before placing your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order or made an error in your order, contact us immediately with your name, and order number.
